Chalie Hook (Philadelphia, PA) is a local player from Philadelphia, who has frequented many of the series that have been run since 2010.  His best finish here at Parx is a 24th place finish in the inaugural Big Stax 300, cashing for just over $2,400.  It's been a profitable summer for Hook though, as he took down the Borgata Summer Open Championship event for over $198,000.  Although he didn't fare as well during the WSOP, he says he can't complain about his summer to date.
