11:04am: Players will return to the main poker room at 1:00pm, and continue play with 32:37 left in Level 23 (blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000). The stacks are super deep, which leaves a lot of play left today. You can follow all of the live action today, and we look forward to a great day of poker.
Players will be returning to finish the final table tomorrow at 1:00pm. Here are the chip counts and seating assignments (when players return there will be 32:37 left in Level 23):
Final Table:
- David Kim - 1,820,000
- Adam Levitan - 4,960,000
- David Inselberg - 2,250,000
- Asher Coniff - 1,240,000
- Thomas Paul - 576,000
- Salah Siraj - 2,750,000
- Jeff Gross - 1,928,000
- Steven Sarmiento - 2,156,000
- Jack Duong - 1,204,000
- Charles Urrutia - 1,803,000
2:20am:
Oscar Castagna 11th Place - $5,837 |
Inselberg: A Q Castagna: A K
Flop: Q 8 7
Turn: 6
River: 4
Oscar is eliminated in eleventh place, while Inselberg chips up to ~ 1,900,000. Players are now bagging their chips, and will return TOMORROW AT 1:00PM.
We will post final table chip counts shortly.
2:17am: Thomas Paul is now the short stack of the eleven players remaining, sitting under 500,000. He still has 20 big blinds, so things aren't dire at the moment, but playing five handed the blinds come around quick.
2:06am:
Jenn Sherwood (Newport News, VA) 12th Place - $5,837 |
Jenn found herself very short (with 350,000), and shoved UTG for her remaining chips. Steve Sarmiento was next to act and he also announced himself all-in (1,600,000). The action folded around and it was the 10 10 of Sherwood against the Q Q of Sarmiento. Steve would turn a queen to have Sherwood drawing dead, and she exits as the last lady, and $5,837 richer.
We will finish out the remaining 44 minutes, or stop play once another player busts.
2:03am: Jeff Gross opens the pot for 60,000 UTG and is called by Sherwood and Sarmiento. The flop comes out 8 6 2 and Gross bets out 125,000. Sherwood folds and Sarmiento calls from the button. The board pairs with an 8 on the turn, and Gross now checks to Steve, who bets out 155,000. After the 9 on the river both players check, and Gross shows Q Q for the win. Gross is now up to 1,750,000.
1:49am:
Blinds are currently 12,000/24,000/4,000, and with 12 players remaining the chip average is 1,800,000. Chip leader Adam Levitan has over 200 big blinds (5,000,000), and continues to build.
1:29am: Thomas Paul is now the short stack of the remaining players with 600,000, after calling a river bet from David Kim (and seeing Kim's full house).
David Kim - 2,100,000
Thomas Paul - 600,000
