Big Stax III (Prelims) - Playing Poker For A Cause

At 7:00pm tomorrow evening, we will be holding our first charity poker tournament ever.  The tournament carries a buy-in of $150 + 25 + 50 (Buy-in/Entry Fee/Charitable Donation), so with each player that enters, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Eastern PA will receive $50.  The poker community has always been a generous one, and it's events like these that bring great publicity.  This tournament was organized by both Parx and the LLS, but couldn't have happened without help from Parx regular Trevor Savage (@tremomey).  Trevor runs "home game" tournaments that also benefit charity, and being no stranger to helping others, we know one players who will definitely be seated tomorrow night.

We hope to see a great turnout for this event...and whether you bust from Day 1B of the Big Stax 500, are a friend of Trevor (or a friend of this poker room), or just want to play in a great tournament, please come out and play some poker for a great cause.
