Big Stax 1000 (Day 1A): All-In Blind

Level 10 - Blinds 600/1,200/200 (Total Entries: 118)

We had a few people standing over by Table 66 that weren't occupants, so we knew something was going on.  Frank Lorenti was in the small blind and Will Failla was in the big blind to start the hand.  They agreed that if the action folded around to them that they would go all-in blind (Frank was new to the table and had ~ 60,000).  Sure enough the action folded to them and they were men of their words:

Lorenti: Q 3           Failla: 2 3

Flop: A 5 8

Turn: 5

River: 7

Will said he was going to make the wheel when the cards were flipped, and his premonition almost came true.  Lorenti would double up to over 120,000, while Will dropped down below 100,000.
