It's time for the third installment of the Parx Big Stax series, ready to begin on the morning of August 1, 2013. Things are pretty much standard for the three main events, with the 45 minute levels on all Day 1's, and 90 minute levels on Day 2. There are still unlimited re-entries throughout the Day 1's, and players can option to play each starting day even if they bagged chips prior. The one change (with main events) you'll notice is that our third main event has had it's buy-in decreased to $1,000 + 80.
There are still eight preliminary events, along with eight satellites offered throughout the series, including our first charity event. This event runs on August 9, 2013 and has a buy-in of $150 + 50 + 25, with the proceeds going to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (fighting blood cancers). We are looking forward to raising money for such a great cause, and hope the poker community will show up in droves to show support.
